Are the diamonds and gemstones all natural?
ANNABELLA DIAMONDS only uses natural diamonds and gemstones in the jewellery we produce.
Do you use treated, coloured or modified diamonds or gemstones?
ANNABELLA DIAMONDS uses only natural black and white diamonds and natural non heat treated gemstones. Every diamond and gemstone is assessed by two Gemologists to ensure you are purchasing the highest quality gemstones.
Do your pendants come with chains?
Some of our pendants do come with chains 16.5" in length. If the pendant does not come with a chain it is described as a pendant. If it comes with a chain it is described as a necklace. This information is located in the description section.
Where do you ship to?
We offer free tracked and insured shipping to the following countries:
UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Ireland, USA, Canada, The Caribbean, British and US Virgin Islands, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Austria, Belgium, Cypress, Corsica, Denmark, Greece, Germany, Finland, France, Portugal, Ibiza, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Mallorca, Menorca, Malta, Norway, Poland, Sardinia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Turkey and The Netherlands. At present we are unable to offer shipping outside of these countries.
Import of your purchase into your country may be subject to official customs and import duty, VAT and checks. The customer is responsible for these costs. Annabella Diamonds holds no liability if the package is refused entry or returned to the UK by the local customs officials in your country.
How will I see the status of my order?
Following your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. After your order is confirmed as in stock you will receive a second dispatch email from our shipping partner with a tracking number.
How will my order be delivered?
ANNABELLA DIAMONDS offers free domestic and international shipping on all orders. Your order will be sent tracked and insured using The Royal Mail and DPD for UK deliveries. We post internationally using DHL. Your signature will be required in order to deliver the parcel when it arrives.
How long will it take to deliver my parcel?
All of our products are hand-made to the highest possible quality in the French Riviera, usually delivery takes around 4 to 5 days, but please allow a maximum of 8 working days for delivery, depending on destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes all orders placed with ANNABELLA DIAMONDS are fully trackable using our carrier partner’s tracking number. Please use the information provided in the dispatch email to track your order.
What ring sizes are available?
ANNABELLA DIAMONDS currently stocks the following EU ring sizes 53mm to 56mm inclusive or UK ring sizes M to P inclusive. However, if you do require another ring size, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resize it in our workshop.
Please note: It is not possible to resize Silver rings, only Gold rings, and bespoke resized rings are non-refundable.
Do you offer a repair or alteration service?
At present we do not offer a repair or alteration service.
Will my item be the same as displayed on the website?
ANNABELLA DIAMONDS strives to offer the highest quality natural diamonds and gemstones. The photos on the websites represent an example of the real item. Since we only use natural stones in our collections there may be a slight colour variation in the coloured gemstones.
Do you accept returns?
At ANNABELLA DIAMONDS we are committed to offering the customer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date of postage. If you change your mind about your purchase please return the item with your returns form within 14 days to our returns department.

During the Christmas period (1st December - 20th December) we offer a 20 day returns policy from the date of postage. When purchasing gifts during the Christmas period please allow up 10 working days for delivery of your item.
Sale items are non-refundable however they can be exchanged for another product on the website.
How long will my return take to be processed?
Please allow 30 days from when we receive your item for your return to be processed.
